- 2-Hour Minimum for All Bookings
- Max of 7 People in the Podcast Room (Excluding Tech)

Cancellation & REFUND Policy
Guests may cancel their booking until 24 hours before the booking start time and will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the booking time will not be refunded.
Podcast Studio Rental Rates
Please Note: We require a 2-hour minimum for all podcast studio rental bookings.

Weekday Rate $85/hr
Weekday rates apply Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Weekday Evening Rate $100/hr
Weekday evening rates apply Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 8 PM.

Weekend Rate $100/hr
Weekend rates apply on Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Evening hours as late as 8 PM available upon request.
Lighting
- Our podcast studio is pre-lit with two 300 watt daylight LED lights mounted above so you can turn off overheads and have a more cinematic show look for your guest.
- These lights can be controlled by the iPad in the studio along with the LED backlights for accent colors of your choice. There are no windows or natural light in this space.
Sound
- Our podcast studio setup is sound resistant and acoustically treated. We have taken measures to minimize ambient noise so our clients can focus on their recordings.
- We are located in an area away from busy streets with no disruptive noises from neighbors.

How can I book the podcast studio rental?
Booking is simple! Head to our booking page to check the availability of your preferred dates. If your date is available, complete the checkout and you’ll receive a confirmation email when your reservation is locked! Please allow to up to 8 business hours for us to confirm your booking.
What is the size of the podcast studio?
Are there any spaces/rooms off limits?
Our office space is off-limits to shoot and will be locked. Our equipment room outside the studio is only available to staff. The production studio is not included in the podcast studio rental, but you’re welcomed to rent the entire space.
Are SD Cards included with the rental?
No, SD cards are not included with the rental. Please bring your own! We also offer other options to save your files including a File Transfer service.
Is there a cancellation fee?

How long can I rent the studio for?
We require a minimum of 2 hours to book our podcast studio, but you can rent it for as long as you like!
Can I tour the studio before my rental?
Yes! You can schedule a 15-minute tour by clicking here.
Can I show up early for my rental?
We ask that you don’t show up more than 10 minutes early so we can have enough time to prepare your desired podcast set up.
Can I bring in food into the studio?
No, we ask that you don’t bring food into the studio to avoid accidental spills. Drinks are allowed, but please refrain from bringing in particularly pigmented drinks like red liquids.
