WHO WE ARE
CinemaStory is a creative content agency and video production studio based in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Since 2010, we’ve produced strategic marketing videos, photos, podcasts, animations, and ad campaigns for small businesses and national brands. We’ve gone 2.3 million views viral, raised over $10 million dollars for a non-profit campaign, made it on Good Morning America, received an Emmy nomination, and multiple industry awards for our marketing content and campaigns. Best of all, our clients become like family to us as we create together.
Our Creative Mindset
Every destination needs a road map, so we’ve created what we call a “purpose journey.” We define your end goals, your target demographics, strategy to connect to that audience, and how our performance will be measured so that your project is ultimately a success.

JOEY NICOTRA
Known for his critical thinking on tackling stressful situations, he’s also the guy who jumped off an 80-foot bridge into water of questionable depth. Just another day in the life of Joey.
CHRISTINA FLYGSTAD

CHRISTINA FLYGSTAD
Christina is a 22x Telly Award-Winning Video Producer with expertise in corporate marketing and creative video production. She’s all about creative risks so long as it doesn’t involve diving into deep waters.
DAN VANDIVER
Producer
DAN VANDIVER
After four years in New York City, on HBO's remake of "Scenes from a Marriage," Dan decided to move to Texas and produce at CinemaStory. His daily ritual includes sifting through his junk mail folder because he's convinced his inbox is plotting against him.
ISABELLA TUITE
Associate Producer
ISABELLA TUITE
After interning for over a year, we realized we couldn't live without her so she took over our studio operations, produced multiple projects including a Savannah Bananas documentary, and became our unofficial office party planner. Attendance is strongly encouraged (aka, mandatory). Be there or be squared!
ANDY BAEZA
Senior Editor
ANDY BAEZA
The master of all things tech and an editing wizard in charge of the quality control for your project. Unfortunately, he likes to talk as much as he edits, so we have him tucked away in the corner. Disturb, do not!

Our History Through the Years
2010
A Star is almost Born
CinemaStory was first imagined. Shane Reitzammer and Ryan Killian created a business plan and formed the LLC. They produced zero paying jobs in the first year of business.
2011
Start with Why
The duo finally started to cut their teeth on creating websites, brand videos, and photography. Then a marketing agency skipped town, leaving CinemaStory with thousands of dollars in unpaid invoices. Still, they gained valuable lessons, and our “why” was born.
2012
Building a Purpose-Driven Brand
Ryan Killian left to pursue a law degree while Shane Reitzammer quit his “day job” and dove headfirst into learning how to create content that converted into sales. He focused on creating stories worth sharing while elevating the overall experience for all in the process.
2012-2014
Training Days
Shane worked towards his “10k hours” practicing his craft with a few wedding films, corporate promos, and over 2,000+ videos for eHow and other ”how-to“ editorial platforms. He also helped start eight YouTube channels with local entrepreneurs, covering topics like fitness, food, finance, and mental health. He learned how to create systems and processes to survive on $35 per eHow video.
2015
The Godmother
eHow fizzled out (thanks a lot, Google), and Shane was left with a vast client gap and some business debt to repay. Tammy Lane came along and offered a free (unpaid) trip to India to film a documentary for her mission group. At the same time, Shane also considered a $90k offer to secure a day job as a medical video producer. He went all in on storytelling with Tammy and burned a few more credit cards to purchase even better gear for the trip.
2016
Things get “Real”
The investment into authentic storytelling paid off big time with more (paid) trips to India, a reality TV show deal in Central America, and his stateside client list began to grow by leaps and bounds thanks to his clients’ referrals. He formed a small network of freelance creatives and began operating as a “company” instead of a freelancer.
2017
The Jedi Joey
As Shane felt like he was wearing 100 hats, the need for new team leaders became the obvious next step to serve the needs of a growing client list. Shane set out on a path to find young leaders in the industry he could help develop into Jedi’s who believed in experience first and purpose-driven content. That’s when he discovered Joey Nicotra.
2018-2019
Wolves of Dallas
Shane and Joey begin to scale the company with multiple teams serving DFW and beyond. Their vetted film freelance network has grown to include over 30 filmmakers with unique specialties, serving the needs of their clients. Shane made Joey a partner offer with a stake in the company, and they made plans to secure their first office space/studio in early 2020.
2020
Contagious Growth
As they began to search for office spaces, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and everything changed. While this was initially devastating to the company (and to all), they dusted themselves off and got to work helping their clients continue to communicate with their audience through pre-recorded content, livestreams, and creative digital content. This year started with the worst revenue numbers. Still, it ultimately reached its highest point as CinemaStory launched new product lines and services.
2021
A Vivid Vision
Shane began to seek out a new vision for the future of CinemaStory. A company based on the original values of experience, purpose, and cinematic storytelling, but with new goals in mind. The Vivid Vision was created to guide the company’s direction over the next three years.
2022-2023
Bridging the Brand Gap
The company becomes an organism of like-minded creatives, with several new positions added to the organization, along with new product lines like content retainers, podcasts, YouTube series, AV sourcing, and ad campaigns, to evolve in tandem with their clients’ goals. CinemaStory also began a push into the entertainment world by creating two award-winning short films, an award-winning and broadcast documentary, and a Lone Star Emmy nomination. Additionally, the company helped bring a feature film, Washington’s Armor, to the production finish line.
2024
Homeward & Studio Bound
After nearly a year of searching, CinemaStory found a physical home with an office and studio space. With a dedicated home base, the team began working more collaboratively and delivering projects with greater efficiency, quality, and speed. They launched a full-service digital content agency to not only create content but also guide clients in strategy and distribution, becoming a full-service partner to their clients. Their team and services grew, as did their revenue, surpassing $1 million in sales.
