Lighting
Our cyc wall studio is pre-lit with adjustable RGB lights—perfect for saving time and money on your commercial, music video, or social media shoot.
Sound
We have taken measures to minimize ambient noise so you can focus on your recordings. We are located in an area away from busy streets and no disruptive noises from neighbors.
Equipment Loading
There are two loading dock-high bay doors available at the back of the production studio for gear loading. You can also use the front door, but please note there are two steps to consider when loading carts and equipment.

- Must Provide COI & Sign Rental Agreement
- All Ages are Allowed in the Space
- Minors Must be Accompanied by an Adult
- Furniture & Decor can be Moved
- Outside Catering is Allowed
- No Smoking or Vaping Inside
- No Alcohol
- No Nudity Allowed
Cancellation & REFUND Policy
Guests may cancel their booking until 72 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund. Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the event start time are not refundable.
